What We Do
Our mission statement here at Moore Jesus apparel is to reach as many young, talented, gifted, and zealous people as we can for Christ. We are here to do one thing and one thing only. WIN SOULS! Not just any souls, but the souls of those the world has deemed as a “lost generation”.
As A Christian clothing line, we believe it is our calling and privilege to serve the next generation and those after in a way that not only speaks to our culture in fashion but more importantly to Moore of Jesus. This is and will continue to be one of the most influential ways to reach our young people in today’s day and age, THROUGH THE DRIP!
How We Do It
As much as we love Jesus, we too have a second love for sense of fashion as do every young person growing up in this era which is why He gave us this clothing line. Keeping up with the latest trends and even sneaker drops will place Moore Jesus apparel at the forefront of swaggy gear that all the while still edifies God.
Growing up in the church world, we were taught that a 3-piece suit was the only way we should come dressed in the house of God. We are here to change that narrative and to show the world what God was telling Samuel in 1 Samuel 16:7, “But the LORD said to Samuel, ‘Don’t be impressed by his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. God does not view things the way men do. People look on the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.” God does not focus on your outer appearance, He only cares about your heart.
Why We Do It
We are firm believers in doing everything that God has called us to simply for the Kingdom. We are not looking to gain wealth, platforms, popularity, or even friendships but we are on assignment to gain souls. While all these things may come, we are concerned with “Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth as it is in heaven” Matthew 6:10. We need everyone we come into contact with to hear and know Jesus is. What a better way to do that then through the essentials of an everyday piece of clothing that may actually start the conversation for you.
Apostle Paul puts it this way for my Bible lovers in 1 Corinthians 9:21-23 NET, “To those free from the law I became like one free from the law (though I am not free from God’s law but under the law of Christ) to gain those free from the law. To the weak I became weak in order to gain the weak. I have become all things to all people, so that by all means I may save some. I do all these things because of the gospel, so that I can be a participant in it.” I believe we will reach those who we are called to simply by becoming like them like we see Apostle Paul doing one soul at a time!
